Final event of the mFUND project “DiMAP

The mFUND project “DiMAP” started on 01.01.2021 with a duration of 12 months and was dedicated to the digitization of intersection topologies and geometries for the regular operation of cooperative traffic systems. The final event of the project will take place on 09.02.2022.

The focus was on a Germany-wide, harmonized specification of MAP data based on applicable regulations, standards and norms, taking into account municipal requirements, as well as a description of the processes for collecting, processing and maintaining the data. Furthermore, a concept was created that defines the organizational, legal and competitive requirements for the operation of a clearinghouse with the aim of permanently improving data quality.

At the online event, the project results will be presented to the interested expert audience, the funding agencies and the other members of the OCA.
